As the Project Director for ESG Operations, Inc.’s Rockdale County, you would be based in Conyers, Georgia, where you would lead a multi-disciplinary team of over 70 professionals responsible for Wastewater Treatment at 4 Activated Sludge plants as well as the operation and maintenance of the Collection & Distribution System throughout the county.
We are looking for you to bring your expertise in operational process control procedures, asset management, and team leadership skills to serve as the point of contact for our client and the local community. You would be responsible for working with our corporate resources team, engineering team, and project team to successfully achieve operations and compliance goals. You would inspect facilities, evaluating O&M functions, review records and data, interview and select new personnel, and initiate and recommend new or improved methods or practices. We will look for you to maintain accurate operational records and prepare reports required by our client and all regulatory agencies.

Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related science; a Professional Engineer license is not required but is of benefit.
- Ten years of dynamically responsible experience in Wastewater Treatment Operations and Collection & Distribution System management.
- Highest level Wastewater Treatment Plant Operator certification
- Possess exemplary leadership, communications, and team-building skills.
- Confirmed experience in making sound financial, technical, and management decisions.
- Detail-oriented work style and strong organizational skills.
- Valid driver’s license.
