ESG Operations, Inc. is seeking a qualified and highly motivated Recruiter that would be based out of our Macon or Atlanta offices. The Recruiter is accountable for managing full life cycle recruitment. Ideal candidate would have demonstrated skills/experience in active sourcing, assessing, closing and managing candidates.   • Proven success having personally sourced candidates using networking, social media, events, competitive intelligence/research, sourcing tools and other programs such as employee referrals, diversity, military and professional outreach in the Water, Wastewater, Utilities, Public Works and/or Engineering field(s).
  • Qualified candidate should already have extensive contacts in related field(s).
  • Serve as an expert for recruiting candidates within water, wastewater, utilities, public works and engineering field(s).
  • Develop and maintain an excellent relationship with internal and external clients to ensure achievement of staffing goals
  • Manages internal transfer process, including screening, coordination of interviews with hiring manager, transfer offer letters, etc.
  • Follows up with candidates and hiring managers to obtain feedback regarding recruiting process
  • Communicate important employment information during recruiting process (e.g., benefits, compensation, non-compete agreements).


  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least three to five years of prior executive recruiting experience.
  • Must have a valid Driver's License


Work Environment and Physical Requirements:

This job typically operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, smartphones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and scanners.
May require some overnight travel.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. This position requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies, up to 20 pounds.  Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and ability to adjust focus.
