401(k)

Elligible to enroll after 90 days of employment
You may contribute 1-100% of your pre-tax salary (caps at $15,000/year)
ESG contributes 3% of your gross salary, which the employee is fully vested

Paid Time Off

Sick Time – Twelve (12) days per anniversary year (based in monthly accrual)
Vacation Time – based on years of service
0-4 years: 14 days
After 5 years: 19 days
After 10 years: 24 days
Paid Holidays – Nine (9) paid holidays per year including (New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King, Jr. Day,  President’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, the Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Day)
